On your arrival you will find the car park and entrance on the side of the house in Via delle Rose.

For administrative reasons you will have to present your documents for registration.

A tourist tax will be levied in this region and will be collected in cash.

The tax is Fr. 3.30 per person per night.

On arrival you will be asked to pay a deposit of Chf. 300.-

Which will be reimbursed at check-out subject to any damage caused by you.

The sum can be paid in cash, or by credit card.

Currencies accepted chf. or euro.

HOUSE REGULATIONS

, Welcome to our apartment, We are committed to creating a welcoming, clean and sanitized environment, we ask you to respect the work done by the cleaning staff. We hope you can spend some beautiful and recreational days in our house. The house rules that he is about to read is thought to be a support for a harmonious stay. We have listed some rules and we hope that - with understanding - they will be followed. With a respectful use of the apartment you will help us to be able to provide valuable holiday accommodation in the future.

General:

All objects inside the apartment or that are part of it, which are located on the balcony or terrace can be used by guests. Please use the inventory with care and please ensure that fellow travelers do so and abide by the rules of conduct.

Kitchen:

Please pay attention that only clean dishes are put back in the cupboards, the same applies to cutlery, pots and equipment that you have used. Rubbish: Please do not leave rubbish in the rooms or living room and use the basket in the kitchen, if the bag is full do not hesitate to request a new one.

Dear smoker:

Smoking is forbidden in our apartment. Any damage, such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, floor, linen, tablecloths, etc., must therefore be charged on the invoice at the replacement value. This is not included in the rent. However on the balcony can smoke quietly. An ashtray is also available.

Bath:

Please do not dispose of hygiene products and or meal leftovers in the toilet. Rest period: In the spirit of good neighbourliness, we ask that the night's rest will be respected from 22:00 to 7:00.

Damage:

No one intentionally harms things, but it can happen to anyone that once something breaks. We would be grateful if you would inform us immediately of the damage that has occurred so that it will not be discovered only after your departure by doing the final cleaning.

Diligence of the good family man:

Windows and doors must be closed at the time of exit to avoid damage that may result from bad weather. Please make sure that for the period of absence the light is off - Environment and landlord are grateful. The landlord is not responsible for valuables of the guest. WIFI connection, sheets, towels, dishes and final cleaning are included in the price.

Arrival and departure:

Basically on the day of arrival the apartment is ready for 16:00. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am, so that cleaning can proceed smoothly.

Pets:

For reasons of hygiene,pets are not allowed.

With the reservation of the apartment, it is assumed that the house rules are recognized and confirmed.
