Protection of privacy.

The customer is informed, in accordance with the Data Protection Act nLPD dated 1.09.2023, that the processing of personal data provided by SHL is necessary in order to enable SHL directly or through third parties to fulfil its obligations arising from this contract or for the fulfilment of its obligations under the Act or regulations.
. The data controller shall be the legal representative of SHL.
